Set in the heart of the medieval village of Villamagna, this annual wine festival is one of Abruzzo's most anticipated summer events. The 2026 edition brings together producers, food vendors, and wine lovers in an open-air celebration centred on the wines of the Villamagna DOC — a small but prestigious denomination rooted in the hills of Chieti province.

The night unfolds at a natural pace: you move through the village, glass in hand, tasting wines that genuinely express the character of this territory. Montepulciano d'Abruzzo in its most refined expression, crafted by local producers who have worked these vineyards for generations — no grand narratives, just quality in the glass.

Between tastings, Abruzzo's street food scene takes centre stage. The atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming — a summer evening in a historic village, with people who share a genuine love for good food and good wine.
